Links: 7:02 AM - October 09, 2002 Moline, Illinois The former Moline Public Hospital, which had been an abandoned hull of a building for years, was demolished this morning.  This building had been a destination for my friends and I to explore for half a year.  The damp musty smell still lingers in my nose.  The event was televised on Channel 8 News today.  It's wierd to see so many memories go crashing down in a mere matter of seconds.  We had entered that building countless times and had some very good times there.  Now nothing remains but a massive pile of rubble.  I went to pay my respects to the building one more time, and it was very s
